What You'll Learn: This is a focused 90-minute session on the essentials of savory canning. This class features a duo of delicious preserves: Apple Chutney, and Corn Relish. You will learn how to prep the produce, balance flavors, and safely process your jars for a shelf-stable pantry. Whether you want to spice up your family dinners or create the perfect handmade holiday gift, this class provides the skills and recipes you need. Each participant will leave with one jar of relish or chutney.
Skill Level/Age Range: Beginner/ 12+
Student Instructions: Bring your questions about chutneys or relishes.
Materials Needed: All materials will be provided by the instructor.
