Volition Brewing is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Beertenders to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, community-focused brewery that takes pride in quality beer and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Provide outstanding, welcoming service to every guest

Confidently guide guests through our beer menu and offerings

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment

Operate POS system and accurately handle cash and payments

Support taproom events and busy weekend service

Uphold Volition’s standards for hospitality and professionalism
Requirements

Prior service industry experience required (bartending or restaurant experience preferred)
-
Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume environment

Friendly, team-oriented attitude

Weekend and evening availability

Must be 21+
A Plus (But Not Required)

Craft beer knowledge or brewery experience

Familiarity with draft systems

Experience in high-volume taprooms
