- 30 - 40 hours per week (full-time benefits at 30 hours)

- Flexible Schedule; M-F, between 9am-6pm PST
- Hybrid to Remote but must live within WA state

SCOPE: This position is responsible for supporting the Finance Department with new software implementation and general full cycle accounting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- New software implementation support including data mapping, organizing, validation, process documentation & testing, existing source integrations, amongst other tasks.
- Some support of full cycle month end processing, including journal entries, reporting, reconciliations of balance sheet.
- Support Payroll processing by reviewing and testing procedures and integration with new financial software.
- Support accounts payable and receivable, including process documentation testing and updating, including new financial software and form development for reimbursements.
- Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise appropriate discretion and judgment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in multiple software applications, performing transfer and consolidation of data.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct self in keeping with Encompass values and expectations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Office/desk work, sitting for extended time, ability to lift 40 pounds.
