Pastry Chef Marianna Stepniewski has been honing her technique for both of these items for several years; in this class, she will share her techniques for making them at home! Learn how to properly mix and expertly laminate your doughs as well as work with yeasted dough. On the menu are laminated vanilla bean and lemon scones, buttermilk biscuits, yeasted angel biscuits with sriracha maple butter, and chorizo sausage gravy.
