Learn how to bake Wild yeast sourdough bread.! This is a hands on class that will teach you all the steps to start baking sourdough bread at home. Each student will make a wild yeast starter from foraged wild edibles from our beautiful Snoqualmie valley. We will go in depth with how to create and maintain your starter from adding different raw wild yeast ingredients such as raw honey, keifer, raw milks and even raw cultured cheeses. Students will go home with dough, freshly baked bread, their very own wild yeast starter, sourdough starter along with “ Wild Belly Sourdough” technique booklet.
