Guest Experience Manager – Volition Brewing
Location: North Bend, WA | Full-Time | Wages based on experience + tips
Are you passionate about craft beer, community, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences? Volition Brewing is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead our taproom operations and grow with us as we continue to build something special in North Bend.
As the face of Volition’s hospitality, you’ll lead our front-of-house team, ensure exceptional service standards, and bring energy and consistency to every guest’s visit. You’ll play a key role in team development, taproom operations, and community engagement while working alongside an experienced and dedicated crew.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and coach the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier guest experiences.

Manage FOH scheduling, staffing adjustments, and shift leadership.

Oversee taproom inventory: weekly counts, restocking, and pour cost management.

Coordinate on-site staffing, prep, and day-of execution for private events and reservations.

Maintain compliance with regulations and uphold safety & sanitation standards.

Manage FOH systems (POS, service tech, signage tools).

Address guest issues and ensure all service meets Volition’s brand standards.

Collaborate with the Operations Support Coordinator and ownership on events and operations.

Uphold and enforce company SOPs and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
Qualifications
-
2+ years experience in hospitality, customer service, or taproom leadership.

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.

Working knowledge of OLCC and safety compliance (or willingness to learn).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Ability to thrive in a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role.
